You know you’ve got a proper minor spot when even a seasoned spotter like myself has to describe the spottee as “that guy from that thing”. In M&S, I spotted that guy who plays the Dad in that programme about the teenager. With Meera Syal as his blind auntie. And the woman from Peep Show as his Mum. A little googling tells me that it was Aidan McArdle and the programme was Beautiful People. Still nothing? That’s minor celebrity spotting for you!
