Diagnosis: Unremarkable Thighs and a Weak Buttock

I’ve had two weeks off running since the half marathon.  I went to the physio today to see if the twinge in my hamstring was anything to worry about and to see whether I could nip that in the bud before I stepped up the training for the marathon.

Bad news – I have an inflexible lower back, unremarkable thighs, a weak buttock (just the one) and bad posture.  I need to stop slouching at work, in fact the physio went so far as to say that if I don’t stop slouchng, I won’t make it to the marathon start line.

Good news – I can start running again and have some stretches to do every day to help sort me out.
